Hope Street Cinema is a project with Ben Harkham of Luxe Hotels and Dana Veraldi for a downtown LA drive-in that generates extra income for C19 impacted restaurants and small businesses, essential workers and external charities like Para Los Ninos and Downtown Women’s Center. I worked to understand the restraints and regulations of a post-covid environment and map user journeys for drive-in employees and attendees.

That information structured each showing, and all the customer guidance and promotional material around it. My role also spanned into animation, design and continuing support on creative direction for each event.
